The suspect, Carissa Hads, was arrested and charged with traveling across state borders in order to coerce or induce a minor to have sex.
Following the arrest of Hads police said they seized a flesh-colored artificial penis from the front pocket of pants that she apparently used during a sexual encounter with the teenage victim.
Hads was arrested after flying to meet the girl for a date in a third place, the news media reported.
According to an affidavit by an investigator of Internet Crimes against Children Task Force, Hads posed as a 17-year-old named James Wilson Puryear when she met the teenager on an unspecified social networking site, in October 2010.
'Wilson' kept a Facebook and MySpace page which described her as a youth pastor living in Quincy, Massachusetts, which is the main residence of Hads.
